The Role

This Housekeeper position is pivotal to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our student properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for our residents. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal areas, corridors, staircases, and shared facilities within student properties to high standards.
• Ensure bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are cleaned in accordance with company protocols where applicable.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the management team.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Work cooperatively with other team members and respond promptly to residents’ enquiries or requests.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or customer service roles is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
• Ability to work flexibly to accommodate shift patterns, including weekends if required.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and hygiene.
